• Channel the Bride's Vision: Conduct consultations to uncover the couple’s dream and craft bespoke proposals, from intimate elopements to grand resort weekends.
• Sell the Sizzle: Lead site tours that showcase on-site luxury lodges, farm-fresh catering, and engaging activities for guests to keep the weekend memorable.
• Build the Buzz: Partner with planners, florists, and photographers to co-create packages. Track leads, nurture prospects with personalized vision boards, and pursue revenue goals.
• Be the Heartbeat: Collaborate with the team to deliver warm welcomes, white-glove follow-ups, and a consistent Foxhall experience across events.

• Proven sales chops in weddings, events, or high-end hospitality with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• A genuine obsession with Southern romance and the atmosphere of magnolia-draped arches and destination weddings.
• Stellar communication with strong written and verbal skills and the ability to engage tours that close deals on the spot.
• Tech-savvy with CRM experience, social media awareness for trend scouting, and organized calendar management.
• Connector mindset with empathy for the bride and energy for her entourage, helping make every “yes” feel inevitable.
