The Key Lead ensures all customersאו receive a quality in-store experience by serving as the Floor Supervisor. The role provides guidance and coaching to Brand ReГАёts and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively while driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales targets.

• Schedule will vary weekly; expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Minimum of one year of retail experience (preferred).
• Supervisor or managerial experience not required.
