Assistant Store Manager – Arbor Place Mall, Douglasville, GA

Hourly rate ranges from $14.75 to $15.00 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store.
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age requirement: 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
