General Manager responsibilities:
- Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Set restaurant goals with leadership and create plans to achieve them.
- Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, track progress, and provide coaching and direction.
- Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the right team for future leadership.
Qualifications: Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations in quick service restaurants strongly desired; hospitality or retail experience acceptable. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
