Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily unit operations and patient assignments
- Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and discharge planning
- Round with providers and address clinical concerns
- Serve as a mentor, preceptor, and clinical resource for staff
- Promote safety, quality, and evidence-based practice
Qualifications
- Active RN license (Georgia or Compact)
- BLS required (PALS preferred)
- Minimum 1 year RN experience (2+ years and prior charge experience preferred)
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
