The Registered Professional Nurse (RN) is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN directs and guides patient teaching, clinical care, and ancillary personnel while maintaining the standards and ethics of professional nursing in accordance with applicable State Board of Nursing and other accrediting agencies. The RN provides strong analytical and decision‑making skills and has positive communication skills.
JobQualifications
Graduate from a national or state‑approved school of nursing program. Holds and maintains a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment. American Heart Association BLS certified. Corrections experience is a plus.
