Director of Nursing

Base Pay Range: $95,000 – $115,000 per year

We are a multi‑disciplinary medical organization dedicated to providing high‑quality, cost‑effective, comprehensive healthcare. We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to work Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day. The position is 80% clinical, 20% administrative and you will oversee one LPN and one RN.

• Clinical oversight of nursing staff.
• Administrative duties related to nursing operations.
• Support and supervise one LPN and one RN.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the clinical setting.

• BS degree or ADN.
• Current RN licensure.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, decision‑making, and computer skills (office software and internet).
