The Role
As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician with Tremron, you are responsible for:
- The Maintenance of Automated Machinery
- Inspecting, Repairing, and Performing Maintenance on All Manufacturing Machinery (This includes hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems.)
- Reading Schematics, Blueprints, and a Voltage Meter (You need to have a solid understanding of 24v, AC/DC, 110V, Transformers, Conductors, Relays, Single and Three-Phase Motors, and 480V.)
- Light Welding and Fabrication of Machine Parts (We use Stick or MIG, depending on the machine set-up.)
- Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (Allen Bradley or Siemens products.)
- Assisting with Building, Grounds, and Preventative Maintenance throughout the Facility.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At Least Two Years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
- At Least Two Years of Maintenance Experience in an Industrial setting
- Work in a Dusty, Climate-Controlled, Industrial Environment
- Experience using a CMMS Software System
