Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role located in Douglasville, GA. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and manage maintenance requests to ensure the property remains in top condition. Daily responsibilities include performing inspections, maintaining tools and equipment, handling repairs, and assisting with emergency maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Equipment Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Experience in residential property maintenance is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Technical certifications or vocational training in a related field is advantageous
