Responsibilities
  • Deliver one‑on‑one ABA services to clients, using evidence‑based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
  • Work as a core member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill‑building and care plans.
  • Accurately record session data with electronic devices.
  • Create a positive learning environment for clients and collaborate with families.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to learn and passion for improving children’s lives with Autism.

Need To Know
  • Services are provided in clients' homes or community locations.
  • All positions start part‑time.
  • Required to complete a 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
  • Candidates must commit to a 6‑month tenure to support consistent client progress.
