Distribution Supervisor- Blood Manufacturing

Responsible for the daily operations of the Inventory and Distribution Department. Hire and supervise staff. Participate in education and training activities. Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures in the work area and always use applicable protective equipment to prevent exposure to potentially infectious blood and body fluids.  Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
** Experience**:
Minimum of 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. :
At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience.
** Preferred Background**:
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.
** Skills**:  Strong communication and customer service abilities.
