What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate day‑to‑day field activities across active project sites.
• Work directly with field crews, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Support planning, scheduling, procurement, and project documentation.
• Serve as a professional client‑facing representative on job sites.
• Review drawings, specs, and mechanical system installation requirements.
• Attend weekly in‑office meetings.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 0–7 years of experience in mechanical construction or related fields.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred

• Open to fresh graduates or junior‑level PM/Assistant PM candidates.
• Familiarity with HVAC/mechanical systems.
• Procore experience is a strong plus.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow‑through.
• Adaptable, solution‑oriented, and enjoys collaborating with field teams.
• IT‑comfortable candidates highly valued.
• Gas Card: ~$7,000/year
• Phone Stipend: $40/month
