Shipping Manager
This position manages and coordinates the activities of employees engaged in preparing, verifying and maintaining records on all shipments, and inventory control.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Operate within USDA/HACCP guidelines.
- Promote a safe environment following state, federal and company safety standards.
- Produce products that meet or exceed the customers’ (internal and external) requirements and provide excellent customer service.
- Provide a positive people-oriented work environment, designed to build morale.
- Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must have supervision experience in shipping and inventory control.
- Good interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer skills are necessary with experience with Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- SAP experience a plus.
- Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required;
College Degree preferred.

- Base Salary range of $78,883 - $95,842 +/- based on experience.
- Incentive Pay:
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan. The amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and - Career Development:
