Job Description

Shift: C Shift – 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM – Ridge Frames
Pay Rate: $24.09–$26.70
Job Overview: The Operator, Buncherોના role is a medium‑skill position responsible for the process of creating cabled multi‑wire for use in a variety of products and sizes.
General Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must read, write, and speak English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Must be able to stand and lift heavy loads for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
Primary╗Job Tasks:
- Work under supervision and maintain ongoing communication with the supervisor and peers through verbal instruction and reports.
- Responsible for the set‑up and operation of Buncher.
- Ensure correct wire sizes, lengths, and directions of the lays of multi‑wire cable.
- Load and unload sets of bobbins (matched lengths or matched sets).
- Make all pay‑off bobbin changes and take‑up reel changes.
- Maintain a layer‑wound package.
- Put scrap into designated scrap bins.
- Load and unload pay‑off and take‑up reels properly.
- String‑up pay‑off wire into buncher.
- Set up lay length and taping head.
- Make hot and cold welds and splices when necessary.
- Perform necessary housekeeping procedures.
- May be asked to perform auxiliary tasks such as investigating defects generated by the machine.
Cross‑Training:
- Required to cross‑train equipment within your identified workgroup at your facility.
- Once trained in more complex jobs, may be required to fill the position in the event of absence or vacancy.
- Required to rotate on a set frequency within your workgroup to maintain skill proficiency.
Quality:
- Do not release products until all quality checks have been passed.
- Perform quality checks, as outlined in the process procedures for the machine, and minor maintenance when necessary. ының## 1..2..??$??..??.. inhibition... We're trace?
