Job specification

• Educate patients and families on MS disease management, treatment options, and lifestyle strategies.
• Collaborate with neurologists, infusion teams, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation, ensure compliance with care standards, and participate in telehealth or patient education classes as needed.
Candidate requirements
• Active and unrestricted RN license for Arizona
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• BLS certification is required
