Customer Service Representative – State of Arizona
Kelly® is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join the State of Arizona in Douglas, AZ. Help provide important services and support to the public while gaining valuable experience in a government environment.

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Employment:
One year contract - Work with a respected government agency and gain professional experience
- Answer customer questions by phone or in person about services, programs, or products
- Handle and resolve complaints, including billing or service issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken
- Process requests like licenses, registrations, titles, permits, or program eligibility
- Refer unresolved issues to the correct department
- Collect payments or arrange billing as needed
- Follow rules, policies, and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, systems, and relevant regulations
- Customer service and problem‑solving skills
- Strong English communication and reading comprehension
- Clerical skills: record‑keeping, word processing, office procedures
- Active listening, speaking, and critical thinking
- Service‑oriented attitude and ability to meet customer needs
