Crunch Fitness is seeking dynamic, energetic, enthusiastic, ROCK STAR Group Fitness Instructors that can provide an unforgettable class experience.

• For General Class Formats:
  Nationally accredited group fitness certification, ACE, AFAA or NASM preferred.
• For Specialty Class Formats (Barre, Group Cycling, Pilates, TRX, Yoga, Zumba, etc.):
  Valid certification for each format, recognized and accredited by above certifications.
• Crunch does not accept Les Mills, Mossa, Beach Body, Insanity, or other pre‑choreographed formats.
• Maintain valid CPR Certification, additional First Aid Certification preferred.
• Experience leading multi‑level exercise classes, for all levels of fitness.
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Understand and follow all policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
• Must attend a Crunch Instructor training, and deliver fitness classes in accordance with Crunch class format guidelines.

• Job Type: Part‑time
• Pay: $30.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 1 – 20 per week
