Overview
Digio Strategies is growing, and we are adding 1–2 competitive Marketing Strategists to our team in the Wiregrass market. This is not an clock-in, clock-out marketing job. This is an outside sales position focused on helping businesses grow through integrated radio and digital marketing strategies. If you are disciplined, competitive, and comfortable prospecting, there is a clear path to building a six-figure income over time.
If you are looking for guaranteed comfort without performance expectations, this is not the right fit.
- Prospect and develop new business relationships
- Build and manage your own book of business
- Sell integrated radio + digital marketing solutions, including five of the top radio stations in the market, Websites, Targeted Display and Video, OTT/Connected TV, Search Engine Optimization and Marketing, Social Media Management and advertising
- Conduct in-person client meetings
- Develop customized marketing strategies for local businesses
- Maintain consistent pipeline activity and follow-up
- Grow and retain long-term client partnerships
You will have autonomy. You will have expectations. You will have income upside tied directly to performance.
CompensationThis is a performance-based compensation structure that includes:
- Commission on collected revenue
- Digital incentive opportunities
- Accelerator potential for high producers
- Long-term book-building income growth
- There is no cap on earnings
- Your income will reflect your activity level and closing ability
We are looking for someone who:
- Has outside sales or business development experience (preferred)
- Is comfortable prospecting consistently
- Is coachable but self-driven
- Understands that sales success requires discipline
- Is confident presenting solutions to business owners
- Wants income growth, not income security
- Media experience is helpful but not required. Sales drive and work ethic matter more.
- Not an inside sales position
- Not a marketing coordinator role
- Not a salaried corporate marketing job
- Not lead-dependent
- This is a relationship-driven sales position.
