About the Role:
We're looking for a Parts Specialist who thrives on keeping things moving. In this role, you'll be the go-to for getting the right parts into the right hands-quickly and accurately. From helping customers at the counter to supporting technicians and managing inventory, your work keeps our shop efficient and our customers happy. What You'll Do:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right parts and accessories
• Receive and process inventory accurately and efficiently
• Deliver parts to customers and technicians when needed
• Provide prompt, helpful service at the parts counter
• Support technicians by supplying parts quickly to reduce equipment downtime
• Maintain a clean, organized parts area for easy access and efficient work
• Help manage stock levels, perform inventory checks, and place orders as needed
• Work closely with the service team to support seamless customer experiences

Skills & Experience We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional training or certification in parts management is a plus)
• Experience in parts sales or a similar role-especially in material handling or related fields
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with inventory systems and parts cataloging
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and strong team orientation
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
