As a Sales Associate, better known as a “Product Specialist,” at Skechers, you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the success of the store. This entry‑level retail role offers room to grow for those passionate about retail sales, skilled as a cashier, or looking for a flexible schedule.

Starting rate: $13.00 per hour. Hourly pay range: $13.00‑$13.79.

• Customer Service:
  Engage with customers to provide personalized advice and ensure each customer finds the perfect product.
• Retail Sales Goals:
  Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Store Operations:
  Keep the store organized, restock shelves, and manage merchandise. Lifting up to 50 lb occasionally and standing most of the shift.
• Cashier Duties:
  Handle cashier responsibilities and accurately process payments.
• Product Knowledge:
  Stay informed on Skechers’ latest footwear, apparel, and accessories and share details with customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Minimum age 18 at time of application.
