We are looking for part-time Nabisco Merchandisers to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. As an ambassador of world‑famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and other industry‑leading snacks, you will represent Mondelēz in store.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure sales representative‑negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL r’s license, U.S. passport, or federal  base service requires valid REAL r’s license, U.S. passport, or federal .
• Possess a positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude and can work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Dothan, AL (primary location); secondary locations:
  Enterprise, AL | Ozark, AL.
• Schedule availability:
  Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday.

• Hourly rate: $16.00–$18.00 (based on relevant experience).
