American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position with adult‑geriatrics patient care and proficiency in cardiac drips.

• Work in a hospital Medical Surgical unit
• Adult and geriatric patient population
• Nurse‑to‑patient ratios of up to 1:6‑7
• Day shifts available with either 3x12 or 4x12 block scheduling options
• Proficiency with drips including cardizem, tridil, and amiodarone required
• First‑time travelers are welcome to apply
• Block scheduling is provided for consistent work‑life balance
• Required to submit a copy of driver’s license and Social Security Number for credentialing

• Active AL or Compact RN license in hand
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Minimum of 1 year Med/Surg RN experience required
• Ability to safely administer and manage cardiac drips
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Candidates must reside more than 90 miles from the facility
• No prior permanent employment at the facility within the past 10 years
