Position Overview
Human Edge is seeking an experienced Travel ICU RN for a hospital in Dothan, Alabama. The ICU nurse will provide high-acuity care to critically ill patients, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure safe, evidence-based nursing interventions.
Responsibilities

• Provide direct critical care to ICU patients including assessments, medication administration, ventilator management, and advanced monitoring

• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies

• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care

• Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR

• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and critical care standards
Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience – Required

• Active RN license (AL or compact) – Required

• BLS (AHA) – Required

• ACLS (AHA) – Required

• Cerner EMR experience – Required

• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
