Job Description Summary / Objectives
The CNC Tech is responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines, saws, and other metalworking equipment. Duties include preparing materials and running CNC machine to meet production requirements according to the approved schedule. Work is performed under guidance and training provided by the CNC Lead.

This position has no supervisory responsibility.
Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that requires frequent interaction with machinery and production equipment. Team members may be exposed to noise, grinding debris, fumes, and hazardous fluids. Proper use of personal protective equipment (PIP) is mandatory at all times. The role involves working in proximity to moving mechanical parts and requires strict adherence to all Puck & OSHA safety rules and regulations.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. The team member is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
The position requires frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling objects that are 50 pounds or heavier. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Opportunities to work extended hours during the week and weekend may be optional or required as job duties demand.
TravelNo travel is regularly expected for this position.
