As a Fabricator, you'll play a key role in creating structural metal components and assemblies. Your day‑to‑day will include:

• Reading layouts and planning fabrication steps
• Measuring, marking, cutting, and shaping metal materials
• Operating fabrication equipment such as:
  • Press brakes
  • Shears
  • Rolls
  • Drill presses
  • Flame cutters
• Grinding, bending, fitting, and aligning metal parts
• Welding components together to complete assemblies
• Building templates and fixtures for precision work
• Inspecting finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Working with sheet metal and structural components

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED OR
• 1–3 months of fabrication, manufacturing, or related experience

• Mechanical aptitude and hands‑on skills
• Ability to read instructions, blueprints, or shop drawings
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and quality

• Regular standing and physical activity
• Frequent lifting (up to 100 lbs with assistance when needed)
• Manufacturing environment with active machinery
• Fast‑paced, team‑oriented shop environment
