• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling imperfections
• Apply masking to protect areas not being coated
• Mix paint and coatings to achieve precise color specifications
• Apply primer and finish coats using spray equipment or brushes
• Adjust spray equipment for proper coverage and finish quality
• Inspect completed products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment
• Follow work orders and instructions to meet production goals
• Measure and verify finished products meet specifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing, painting, or related experience is a plus—but not required
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team
• Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
• Strong hand‑eye coordination
• Ability to work in a warm or industrial environment
