Identiti Signs create exterior and interior signage and branding elements for some of the world's most iconic companies. We've been doing it since 1946, and our secret sauce is simple: great clients + an even better team.

We're looking for a Sign Crater-someone who can build custom wooden crates and safely pack large, odd-shaped signage so it arrives looking perfect.

🔨 What You'll Be Doing

No two days look exactly the same, but here's the core of the role:

• Build custom wooden crates and boxes for signs and specialty products
• Read blueprints, shipping notices, and specs to ensure everything is secured properly
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials using basic hand tools
• Secure heavy items to skids or crate bases
• Wrap, pad, and protect products using packing materials
• Band, label, stencil, and prep crates for shipment
• Inspect finished work to ensure it meets specs
• Repair damaged crates when needed
• Move completed crates to shipping and keep the workspace stocked and organized

Basically: you make sure our signs travel safely and professionally.

🧠 What We're Looking For

• Carpentry or hands-on construction experience is a big plus
• Comfortable using measuring tapes, rulers, and saws
• Able to read and follow instructions and basic diagrams
• Can do basic math and measurements
• Able to communicate clearly with teammates

🎓 Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Hands-on experience or training is a bonus (but we'll teach the right person!)

💪 Physical Requirements

• Lift 50 lbs or more
• Stand or walk for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment

🌡️ Work Environment

• Warehouse/manufacturing setting
• Temperatures may vary (hot or cold)
• Moderate noise level
