• Proven welding experience, preferably in a fabrication environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Steady hand and eye for detail.
• Strength and stamina to handle a full shift.
• Safety gear on, safety mindset locked in.

What A Shift Looks Like

• Fit, fabricate, and weld metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
