Location: Located in the southeastern corner of Alabama, just 20 miles from Georgia and Florida. The county has a population of approximately 100,000 and is a progressive city that embraces the new South while maintaining southern charm and values. It's only an hour and a half to white sand beaches on the Florida Gulf coast, a short drive to Montgomery, and about three hours to Atlanta or Birmingham.

Healthcare Organization: Community-based academic health system and not-for-profit medical center.

Opportunity: Seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgery APP (PA or NP) to join a well-established, hospital-employed practice.

• Join 2 board-certified Cardiothoracic Surgeons and 2 Physician Assistants
• Cardiology, Intensivist, and Interventional Radiology support services available 24/7
• Responsibilities include assisting in the OR, performing vein harvesting, hospital rounds, and seeing patients in post-op clinic
• da Vinci robotic surgical system and Maquet EVH system available
• Experience with vein harvesting is required; RNFA certification is required for CRNPs
• EMR system is Epic

Compensation: Hospital-employed opportunity with a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits package. Includes a commencement bonus, PTO, paid malpractice with tail, CME and professional dues allowances, and student loan repayment options as a PSLF-eligible employer.
