THERAPIST; MA​/MSW Part Time

Responsibilities

Laurel Oaks Behavioral Health Center is a 118 bed Acute Psychiatric Hospital and Residential Treatment Center for children and adolescents. The Therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy, and case management to assigned patients across the broad spectrum of clinical services.

About Laurel Oaks Laurel Oaks Behavioral Health Center is located on a 55,000 square foot campus on approximately 10 acres in the southeast corner of Alabama, near Florida and Georgia. The hospital employs approximately 195 staff members and includes the New Day Academy, a state-supported K-12 school with vocational opportunities.

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health field required.
• Certification/Licensure as appropriate to education and skills (LPC, LCSW) preferred or license eligible.
• Two or more years experience in mental health setting preferred.
