Responsibilities- Evaluates and treats patients in a home setting
- Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
- Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
- Having your own equipment including smart devices and a blood pressure monitor
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Education and/or
Experience:
New graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists especially Hospice patients - Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist
Job Type: PRN
PRN therapists are part of an on-call pool who work on a per diem basis. PRN stands for pro re nata, meaning "as needed." Assignments follow the POC when extra therapists are required. PRN work offers flexibility and opportunities for growth, with hours varying during slow periods.
: PRN therapists choose when they work and may accept or decline cases based on availability.
: PRN therapists work in ALF and residential home settings.
: PRN positions may offer higher pay; benefits such as PTO and health insurance are not typically provided.
