Therapy Management Corporation as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) on a PRN basis.

TMC is a therapy provider that brings physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to long‑term care providers. We are growing and seeking a COTA to join our Quality Care Rehab team at Wesley Place on Honeysuckle.

Location: Wesley Place on Honeysuckle

Compensation: $33.00 – $36.00 per hour

• Patient Care Execution:
  Under the supervision of an occupational therapist, execute therapeutic plans, teach use of adaptive equipment, guide patients through exercises, and engage them in recovery activities.
• Activity and Program Planning:
  Contribute to planning and selecting therapeutic activities tailored to individual patient needs and interests.
• Progress Monitoring:
  Monitor and document patient progress, observe performance changes, report findings to occupational therapist, and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Patient and Family
  
  Education:
  
  Educate patients and families about therapy process, adaptive equipment use, and home modifications to support long‑term recovery.

• Degree in an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current license/certification in state of practice
