This position will be located at our Kornegay Foster Home in Dothan, Alabama.

12-HOUR PITMAN

SCHEDULE:

7AM - 7PM

Week I:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday

Week II:
Monday, Thursday, Friday

Alabama State Retirement Option Available.

• Various activities to meet consumer needs including, but not limited to: meal preparation, cleaning of the facility, assisting with daily tasks, etc.
• Teaching group and individual basic living skills.
• Providing transportation using system vehicle when required by the program.
• Ensure efficient operation of the facility.
• Assisting with medication using the MAC certification under nurse supervision.
• Completing required documentation using an electronic health record system.

• HS Diploma/GED.
• Good MVR, willing to submit to motor vehicle report check.
• Must be 21 years or older and willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Must obtain CPR and MAC certification upon hire.
• Prefer previous experience providing patient care in a mental health or substance abuse treatment environment.
