Master Level Therapist - In Home Intervention (Houston County)

Based in Children’s Services, Dothan, AL.

Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm with flexible work hours based on family and program needs.

Alabama State Retirement Option Available.

• Serve as the team leader and provide services to families involved in the IHI project.
• Evaluate referrals, assist with and perform interviews, and plan services.
• Act as a liaison for IHI Project families with community agencies and the public.
• Oversee, maintain, and perform designated documentation in client records according to standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and/or conflict resolution.
• Some travel may be required within the 5 county catchment area.

• A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field is required.
• One year post‑master supervised experience in a direct service area.
• Willingness to attend Child and Adolescent Case Management and In‑Home Intervention training.
• Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
• Good MVR.
• Insurability requirements to drive a system vehicle (21 years of age).
