, part of the Lutheran Health Network, is seeking a board‑eligible or board‑certified Family Medicine Physician with optional OB to join our primary care team in Warsaw, Indiana, just outside of Fort Wayne.

• 100% outpatient primary care

Kosciusko Community Hospital is located in Warsaw, Indiana and is centrally located between Fort Wayne, Indiana and Chicago. This 72‑bed facility is a member of the Lutheran Health Network and has achieved 100 Top Hospital status from Thomson Reuters as recently as 2011.
