Hematology and oncology patients across full spectrum
- No. of Beds in Department: 420-bed hospital; 21 infusion rooms; dedicated inpatient oncology floors
- Trauma Level: Level 2
- Office Equipment Available:
Radiation therapy and infusion center onsite; certified oncology nurses; onsite fitness facility - Specialty Backup Available:
Radiation Oncology, hospitalist support, radiology, pain management, neurosurgery - Support Staff Available: 3 board-certified Hem/Onc physicians, certified oncology nurses, multidisciplinary cancer team

- Licenses:
Must be licensed or eligible in Alabama - Certifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology - Experience:
Fellowship trained in Hem/Onc - Other
Qualifications:
Team-oriented, able to work in collaborative environment; PSLF eligible
- Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in a hospital-based cancer center
- Participate in shared 1:4 call rotation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary cancer care team
- Engage in both inpatient and outpatient care delivery
- Participate in teaching and academic opportunities through affiliation with ACOM
