The facility is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join its expanding outpatient practice in Dothan, Alabama.

This role focuses on full-spectrum primary care for patients of all ages and offers a well-balanced schedule, manageable patient load, and strong clinical support. New graduates are welcome and receive full onboarding and mentorship from experienced physicians.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Perform wellness exams, physicals, preventive care, immunizations, and health screenings
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop personalized treatment and follow-up plans
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies
• Conduct minor in-office procedures as appropriate
• Coordinate care with specialists, nurses, MAs, and ancillary staff
• Document all encounters accurately within the electronic health record (EHR)
• Participate in clinic quality initiatives and performance improvement programs
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements

• M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• New graduates encouraged to apply

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Active Alabama medical license or eligibility to obtain
• Current BLS; ACLS optional but helpful

• Outpatient primary care experience preferred, but not required
• New grads with a passion for family medicine are welcome

• Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic ability
• Excellent patient communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage a diverse patient population across all age groups
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality care
• Proficiency with electronic medical records
