Pay- $14.00 per hour during training (3-4 weeks)
- $15.00 per hour after training
- Wednesday through Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Every other weekend, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
While working as a Dispatch Operator, you will have a wide variety of responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information or routing as needed
- Follow client protocols when handling routine and emergency calls
- Relay verbal and written messages using text, email, or fax
- Monitor business email accounts for client communication and escalate to management as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as proofreading, typing, and using office machines (fax, copier)
- Maintain confidentiality of client and customer information
- Route customer complaints or billing inquiries to the appropriate management personnel
- Enter data into reports and systems, including nightly account charges and obituary listings
- Keep office spaces organized by restocking supplies and emptying trash nightly
- Attend all staff meetings and report to the Operations Manager

Requirements- Professional telephone etiquette and strong verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer tasks with strong typing ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive, adaptable attitude
- Must be able to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
