Operate a motor grader on road construction projects;
Oil, grease, service and make normal operating adjustments to equipment;
Understand road construction aspects including grades, drainage, paving patterns, aggregate size, job specifications, oil consistencies, and compaction;
Be willing and able to learn the equipment's operating condition and perform minor servicing or refer major problems to the supervisor;
Perform other related duties such as shovel work, setting string line, and layout
