he Organizational Development Administrator provides administrative and project support to Executive Management and assists with initiatives that support employee development and organizational effectiveness. This position offers exposure to company-wide initiatives while developing a broader understanding of the organization.
EssentialJob Duties
Provide administrative and project support for Executive Management
Assist in the coordination and communication of internal and external initiatives
Maintain documents, files, and related systems
Assist with initiatives related to employee development and organizational improvement
Prepare reports, summaries, and related materials to support leadership decision-making
Assist in developing, writing, planning, and coordinating various initiatives and projects
Establish and maintain effective working relationships across departments and levels of the organization
Support the coordination and implementation of company initiatives as directed
Job Requirements- Positive and professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to coordinate projects and adapt to changing priorities
- General transportation industry knowledge is a plus
- College coursework in Education, Business, Finance, or Logistics is a plus
- Initiative and commitment to continuous professional development
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, and Share Point
