Operations Manager / Area Manager / Regional Manager – Nursing Homes (RGN or RMN Qualified) Dorset | Multi-Site Nursing Homes (5 Homes) Competitive Salary  Benefits | Full-Time, Permanent Operations Manager / Area Manager / Regional Manager – Dorset We are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager / Area Manager to oversee five nursing homes in Dorset. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a RGN or RMN qualified nurse with strong experience in nursing home management, multi-site operations, CQC compliance and clinical governance.

This role is ideal for an experienced Area / Regional / Operations Manager or a high-performing Nursing Home Manager ready to step up. ________________________________________

Key Responsibilities of Operations Manager / Area Manager / Regional Manager
• Operational and clinical leadership across multiple nursing homes
• Line management, coaching and performance oversight of Home Managers
• Ensure consistent CQC compliance, safeguarding, MCA & DoLS across all services
• Drive quality improvement, innovation and best practice, including technology-enabled care
• Lead service improvement, turnaround and performance management where required
• Oversee occupancy, staffing, budgets and operational KPIs
• Build strong relationships with CQC, commissioners, MDTs, residents and families
