5% per annum profit share

What you'll be doing:
As Assistant Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of this busy pub.

Your role will include:

Leading and motivating a small wet-led bar team

Overseeing pub operations from 11.00am to midnight, 7 days a week

Managing stock, cash handling, and daily service standards

Working closely with the owner to drive the business forward

What we're looking for:

We're looking for an Assistant Manager in Gillingham who brings:

Previous experience as a Pub Manager or Assistant Manager within a wet-led venue

Strong leadership and communication skills
