Salary: £31,537 to £33,143 per annum (rising by annual increments to £33,143)
Hours: Full Time – 37 hours per week
Location: Service Headquarters, Salisbury with flexibility to work from home / DWFRS Stations / Support Offices. Flexible working arrangements can be discussed. Attendance at service locations for key activities and meetings is required.

Responsibilities- Encourage and innovate to promote inclusion for all.
- Work with the Equality Diversity and Inclusion Support Officer to coordinate and deliver ED&I training.
- Provide support to the ED&I Support Officer and ED&I Manager, including arranging culture development committee meetings, staff network meetings, producing minutes, and ensuring meeting actions are completed.
- Collate ED&I survey information from new starters, review and analyse reports, and provide action items to the ED&I Support Officer and ED&I Manager.
- Manage the People Impact Assessment (PIA) process, advising managers to ensure PIAs are completed at the correct level and updated regularly.
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in ED&I or HR.
- Knowledge and understanding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion legislation.
- Recent relevant experience in similar role carrying out a range of administration tasks.
- Ability to interpret guidelines and procedures to problem‑solve and provide advice.
- Passion for fairness, equity, diversity, and inclusion and a proactive mindset to promote these values.
- Full current driving licence and ability to travel as required. Own vehicle may be required; a service vehicle may be available. Manual transmission only.
- Prepared to travel 2‑3 days per week within the service area.
- Ability to work occasional evening duties to support delivery of ED&I training and on‑call staff at drill nights.
- A Standard Disclosure & Barring Service Check (DBS) clearance will be required before offer.
