As an Engineering Support Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing first-line support for production and resolving engineering queries
• Onboarding new technology by defining refurbishment strategies and writing work instructions
• Collaborating with purchasing to approve suppliers and components
• Implementing new designs into operations and delivering training
• Monitoring and addressing quality issues, ensuring process improvements

As an Engineering Support Technician, your experience will include:

• Minimum 3 years field engineering experience, ideally with ATMs
• Background in mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• Ability to strip, rebuild, and test electro-mechanical devices
• Familiarity with MS Office and strong documentation skills
• Analytical approach to identifying improvements in components or assemblies
