Applications are invited for a full‑time (1 WTE) Interventional Radiology (IR) Consultant to strengthen an established team of 8 Interventional Radiologists.

The successful candidate will have completed formal subspecialist fellowship training in Interventional Radiology and will have experience in a full complement of interventional procedures, including endovascular aortic, peripheral vascular, embolization, urological and hepatobiliary interventions.

UHD is collaborating with Dorset County Hospital in Dorchester on a One Dorset Interventional Radiology Service, offering an exciting opportunity to work across teams and locations to improve patient access and reduce waiting times.

• Deliver interventional radiology services across the team of 8 IRs.
• Perform endovascular aortic, peripheral vascular, embolization, urological, and hepatobiliary interventions.
• Participate in an out‑of‑hours rota, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, in accordance with service needs; remuneration will be in line with NHS Medical and Dental Terms and Conditions of Service.
