As a Restaurant Manager
, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations, inspire your team, and ensure every guest receives exceptional service.

You’ll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, training, and motivating the restaurant team
• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
• Managing staff, performance, and development
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Handling guest feedback and resolving concerns professionally
• Managing stock, ordering, and budgets
• Ensuring service runs efficiently and smoothly
• Upholding company values and service standards

We’re looking for a confident, organised, and passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You’ll have:

• Previous experience in a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A customer-focused mindset
