As a Head Housekeeper
, you’ll lead the housekeeping department, support your team, and maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout the property.

You’ll oversee the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all rooms and public areas meet the highest standards.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, training, and supervising the housekeeping team
• Ensuring guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to a high standard
• Managing rotas, staffing levels, and daily schedules
• Carrying out room inspections and quality checks
• Maintaining stock levels and ordering supplies
• Ensuring health & safety and hygiene standards are followed
• Handling guest requests and resolving issues professionally
• Working closely with reception and management teams
• Maintaining a positive and motivated team environment

We’re looking for a reliable, organised, and detail-focused leader who takes pride creating outstanding standards.

You’ll have:

• Previous experience in a Head Housekeeper or Supervisor role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• A positive, hands-on approach
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work weekends and busy periods
