Location: Rusper
A leading housing association is seeking a qualified Housing Litigation Lawyer to join its in-house legal team. This role involves providing legal advice and managing litigation related to housing management and landlord & tenant law. Responsibilities include advising on tenancy matters, conducting litigation, and drafting legal documents. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or barrister with strong housing law knowledge and litigation experience.
Office attendance is required three days a week in central London.
