Rider Care Representative role at Specialized Bicycle Components

At Specialized UK, we’re on the lookout for a Rider Care Representative to be the friendly, knowledgeable voice supporting our riders and retail partners.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, dynamic team that’s as enthusiastic about bikes as it is about people.
- Be the first point of contact for riders and retailers via phone, email, messaging, and in person.
- Provide expert support across Specialized’s product range, including warranty, technical queries, and service parts.
- Solve complex issues with rider-focused, creative solutions.
- Build strong relationships with our European retailer network.
- Collaborate with global teams and internal departments to resolve product and rider concerns.
- Occasionally attend cycling events across the UK.
- Proven experience in customer service.
- A passion for cycling and basic bike maintenance knowledge (bonus points for repair proficiency!).
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Oracle and CRM experience are a plus).
- A team-first attitude and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
