  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic pupil development.
  • Contributing to a positive and nurturing learning environment.
  • About You:

    • Proven experience working with children or young people with SEN, in settings such as schools, care, or voluntary roles.
    • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle (crucial for commuting).
    • A genuine passion for working with children with complex learning needs.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude.
    • Willingness to learn and embrace new teaching methodologies.
    • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
    • Minimum of A-C GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

    What We Offer:

    • Comprehensive training in the internationally recognised CABAS model.
    • Supportive, collaborative work environment focused on professional growth.
    • Opportunities for career progression within a leading specialist school.
    • The chance to make a lasting impact on our pupils' lives.
    • Competitive salary and benefits package.

If you meet the above qualifications and are eager to train as a CABAS Teacher, we would love to hear from you. Please apply now or contact Paul Hirchfield at for more information.

We value diversity and inclusion and encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
